CONTACT ME

Reasons to Contact Me

The reasons you might want to contact me, Bryan Blackriver, could be to:

Please note that I will never accept money directly from you. And that I only sell on trusted market places or stores, such as eBay, Amazon, iTunes, and CDBaby. And also note that none of my webpages will ask for sensitive information, such as social security numbers or credit card numbers.

Complaints

If there is something wrong with a product, I would appreciate hearing about it. But keep in mind that I don't usually sell my artwork directly, only my music CDs and that's still through eBay. You buy my products on eBay, Amazon, iTunes, or CDBaby. If you want results, you must contact the person or company you bought my product from. For example, if a CD is cracked, contact CDBaby, and if a book is ripped, contact Amazon; ask them to replace it or give you a refund. However, as I said, I would still like to hear from you because I want to know how my products are being handled. If many customers say the CDs are cracked or the books are ripped, for example, I will call CDBaby or Amazon and complain myself.

You can get my CDs from CDBaby or eBay. If you get them from eBay, you will probably be getting them from me (I'll be the seller, unless a few random people are selling their own copy used). However, you still should contact me through eBay. I won't issue refunds or anything outside of eBay.

I sell art, so it's pointless to complain if you don't like it. Art is arbitrary and can't really be judge objectively. Either you like it or not, and so you can buy it or not. My song samples and book descriptions are fairly accurate.

Compliments & Fan Mail

If you like my books, music, or any of my art, you can send me fan mail. I would appreciate such kindness.

Publishing or Collaborating

I only really self-publish and am not looking to publish others' work. There's not much I can offer you. I don't do tours or any concerts really, I don't have a team of editors or anything, and I don't advertise as much as others can. So you would be better off to self-publish your own work or try to get a contract with a larger company. I'm not looking to sign on to a large publishing company or record label either.

I don't really like working with other artists, so it would probably be a waste of time asking me to. If you're a DJ, I would appreciate you playing my songs here and there. If you make mix albums, you can contact me about using my songs. If you're popular, I may not even charge you because it would be free advertising for me.

Ways to Contact Me

I mostly like when people talk to me using social media but e-mail is good too. If you want me to respond the fastest, send me a message on YouTube. If it's private, use their messenger. I use Facebook less frequently but still more than others. I don't use the other social media that much at all. You should e-mail me if it's really important, but you should also send me a message on YouTube or Facebook telling me to check my mail.

For e-mail, please look at the list of e-mail addresses to find the most appropriate address. It's ok if you choose a less appropriate one because I will end up reading it anyway, but it makes it easier for me to organize everything if they are sorted properly. This list has info for everything and also explains my seller policy.
